Mountain View, California  - Google is set to expand its lead in the online advertising market by allowing advertisements within games, the company announced Wednesday.

Google would use its new so-called AdSense for Games programme to sell in-game video ads, the world's leading search engine provider said.

The company also hopes to make profits from its YouTube video platform by introducing a new "Click to Buy" programme allowing users to buy digital tunes from Apples iTunes or Amazon. com without leaving the site.

Mexico City - A jail mutiny in the northern Mexican city of Tijuana left at least 19 people dead and some 50 injured, authorities in the state of Baja California said in media reports on Thursday.

Some 300 inmates reportedly took part in the mutiny that began in the area of the prison reserved for women and then spread across the facility on Wednesday, just three days after another mutiny left three people dead in the same prison.

State and federal police officers managed to put down the uprising late Wednesday.

Eyewitnesses said shots and machine-gun fine were heard for hours inside the jail, near the US border.

Health Net has agreed with California department of insurance that they will pay $3.6 million in penalties and $14 million in refund for medical charges .Both of the departments have agreed to a settlement of about $25 million over handling allegations of unfair claims and annual health coverage.

California Department of Insurance said in a news release, they would also offer replacement healthcare coverage to926 people whose policies were rescinded by Woodland Hills a California based company since 2004.  

Pebble Beach, California - Bugatti will produce 150 open-top versions of the Veyron super car at a starting price of around around 1.66 million euros (2.44 million dollars).

Similar to the coupe version, the Veyron Grand Sport is powered by a 16-cylinder 736 kW/1001 hp engine with a top speed listed at 407 km/h.

But the top speed of the convertible can only be achieved when the top is closed. Open air drives have a maximum top speed of 360 km/h, the car maker said.

San Francisco - California's powerful prison guards union has launched a recall campaign aiming to oust Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in a snap election.

The 30,000-member California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) on Monday charged that the former action movie star's "catastrophic leadership failings" had left the largest US state "in far worse shape" than before he was elected after a similar recall effort booted out his predecessor Democrat Gray Davis in 2003.

Pebble Beach, California - Pininfarina has given the Rolls Royce Drophead Coupe a one-off makeover for a wealthy U. S. collector, taking design cues from the 
1930s and calling it the Hyperion, a Titan of Greek mythology.

First presented at the recent Concours d'Elegance classic car event in Pebble Beach, California, the car was custom built from a 400,000 dollar Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe owned by collector Roland Hall.

The sleek, long bonnet with the body seemingly wrapped around the driver and passenger combined with a short rear end, was one of the 1930s features taken up by the Italian designers.
