The very highest luxury, in a twofold sense, is enjoyed by guests staying in the 415 sq. m Ritz-Carlton Suite on the 117th floor.

Called the Stormster, the e-vehicle is driven by a Siemens electric motor with an output of 270 kW/ 367 hp. With a total weight of 2,670 kg, RUF lists acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in just ten seconds. The top speed is electronically regulated at 150 km/h to give the car a range of 200 kilometres on one charge.

Schumacher, who had quit the sport in 2006, will make his debut with the new team on March 14 at the Bahrain Grand Prix, the opening race of the 2010 season.

Schumacher said he had agreed to a three-year deal with the Silver Arrows team alongside Nico Rosberg in an all-German driver line-up and was "totally fired up" for a return to racing.

The 1,500-pixel sensor chip can mimic the electrical signals sent by a healthy eye through the nervous system to the brain.

The patient, 45, who was identified only by his first name, Miika, was able to orient himself by sight and read letters of the alphabet, according to the magazine.

The device, developed by the German company Retina Implant, was inserted at the University of Tuebingen medical school.

Three of the tigers then pounced on the trainer, delivering life-threatening wounds as the audience of 170 looked on. Another two men were slightly injured.
