New Delhi: For oil and gas exploration and fabrication in India and overseas, state-run Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has tied-up with British oil major BP Plc.

After the two companies signed up a memorandum of understanding (MoU), R S Sharma, ONGC chairman and managing director said, “We need expertise and BP has domain knowledge of E&P business.”

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court yesterday said that the MBBS degrees handed out recently by AIIMS management would be legal regardless of the fact that they did not include the obligatory signatures of the institution’s president and dean.

New Delhi: India is all set to launch a new communications satellite on September 2. According to the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), the launch of India’s latest Communication Satellite - INSAT-4CR has been delayed by a day to September 2 because of the existing weather conditions in Sriharikota.

ISRO said, "INSAT-4CR, which was earlier scheduled to be launched at 1630 hrs on September 1, will now be launched on September 2 at 1621 hrs."
