New York, April 27 : Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are drawing plans to combat their former bodyguard, who is planning to pen his experiences while working with the couple.

The pair is said to be furious that Mickey Brett, with whom they once entrusted their lives and those of their kids, was planning to bring their private lives into the public domain with a tell all book.

The two have roped in top lawyers in the US and the UK to keep Brett from spilling the beans.

Washington - An illness that has affected abut 75 students at a private school in New York City is "likely" swine flu, said Thomas Frieden, the New York City health commissioner. The conclusion was reached after swabs were taken from nine students at St Francis Preparatory School in Queens on Friday.

The specimens were examined by the health department, which concluded they exhibited in Influenza A strain that was "likely" swine flu, Frieden said.

A confirmatory result was expected Sunday from the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia.

The single, unemployed mum, who uses the services of a non-profit agency to raise her brood, said she has been thinking of yielding in to her older kids'' demands for a family pet.

The DJ, who parted ways with the `Mean Girls' star two weeks ago, reportedly deleted her previous "In a Relationship" status following a spat with Lindsay earlier this month.
