On Tuesday, a renowned company for operations and business support systems (OSS/BSS) for communications service, Subex Ltd., has revealed that it has been chosen to provide its Revenue Operations Centre (ROC) for Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance for a Middle Eastern mobile operator.

The ROC Fraud Management solution guarantees a rapid return on investments through strong contributions of strongest fraud management capabilities, increasing compliance, reducing risk, and providing economies of scope. Further, it is believed to detect a fraud in telecom environment, including wire line, PSTN, ISP, VoIP, and wireless, 2G, 2.5G, 3G.

Besides these, it is expected to cover postpaid, prepaid, multimedia messaging service, value-added service, M- Commerce, IPTV, and Triple/Quad Play. It’s highly scalable platform has added a spark to its attributes and enabled it to handle volumes of data as well as fluctuating loads, claimed the company.
