Beijing - At least 10 people died and 15 were injured, eight of them seriously, after a roof collapsed at a clothes factory in northern China's Hebei province on Friday, state media said.

The collapse buried the workers at the factory in the Anci district of Hebei's Langfang city early Friday morning, the semi-official China News Service said.

More than 500 people, including police, firefighters and medical workers, rushed to the site to take part in rescue work, which was still continuing, the agency said. (dpa)
