Samsung’s Smart View application is now all set to be downloaded for the Samsung Galaxy S2. The application will allow one to watch TV content on one’s Samsung Galaxy S2, just by linking it up to the Samsung Smart TV D7000 and D8000 series.

It is not for the first time Samsung is offering TV content through mobile devices. Last year as well, it launched the Samsung Remote which allowed one to view the same TV show on one mobile just the same way it is shown on Samsung TV.

The idea behind launching such an application was simply to enable one to watch the TV whenever one wishes to without any hassle. It has been revealed that the new application allows one to watch different channel.

Guy Kinnell, Marketing Director for TV, Samsung UK said that the Samsung Smart TV is bringing smart revolution. It has been told that the content of the TV will be rich in 2D and 3D.

Although it is initially only available to Galaxy S2 users, the application will come to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy S later in the year. However, it has been revealed that inorder to enjoy the application one will need a Galaxy S II.
