Seagate has released a new range of storage solution for Indian Market named as FreeAgent GoFlex.

This storage device is an alternative to memory storage that emphasizes heavily on flexibility. The FreeAgent GoFlex is portable and has desktop drives that come with easy plug and play functions. Plus it is compatible with Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X. Also, this hard drive comes with a number of cables that is meant for different purposes and has different features.

This HDD comes with two essential components: Storage area and the cable adapter.

The small adapter connects with the USB 2.0 storage drive via SATA interface, also it has a circuit board that determines the drive's functionality and lends a hand to support different standards as well as different interfaces. The purpose of the Upgrade Cables allows the portable drives an easy connect with interface supporting computer such as FireWire, USB 3.0 or eSATA.

However no details of pricing have been released.
