Shia LaBeouf Thinks Michael Douglas Will Be Fine

Michael Douglas, Shia LeBeoufShia LaBeouf says Michael Douglas is ‘The Epitome of Strength’ and he will surely win his battle against Stage IV cancer. The young actor says that his ‘Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps’ co-star will get better very soon.

In a recent interview the actor said, “He’s the epitome of strength. He’s a wolf. He’s not looking for empathy or sympathy at all.” The actor quipped, “Cancer picked the wrong guy when he picked him. He’s a strong man”. The actor also said that Michael Douglas has a wonderful support system in the form of his family and his close friends and he will surely make a full recovery over time.

Shia also gave us some updates about his upcoming movie ‘Transformers 3’, the movie recently got into a controversy, when one of the extras was seriously injured while shooting one of the fight sequences.

Speaking of fight sequences, Shia said, “I got some scars but I’m good." He further explained “They’re hard movies to make. It’s a very safe set. These are professionals. These are the best what they do. Things happen all the time, but in life things happen all the time.”

The 24-year old actor said that although director Michael Bay loves to have lots of explosions in his movies, he has never felt any risk while shooting for the action flick. We hope the movie gets canned without further accidents.
