Srinivasan reappointed as TNCA President

Srinivasan reappointed as TNCA President N. Srinivasan has been reappointed as President of the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) in the State association's annual general meeting at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday.

Srinivasan's has been reelected as President of TNCA for consecutive 8th time while K. S. Viswanathan was re-elected as Secretary of TNCA.

Almost all the officials were elected without any oppose including the executive committee members and the auditor while V. P. Narasimhan has been appointed as new treasurer of TCNA and S. Ganesan was appointed as the vice-president.

Apart from this, a declaration was also made to develop the Chidambaram Stadium before the 2011 World Cup which will cost about Rs. 175 crore.

Krishnamachari Srikkanth, who is National selection committee chairman, will lead the panel including M. Senthilnathan, B. Kalyanasundaram and Jaffer Ashique Ali.
