The company has already received nine million pre-orders for the devise. The company had sold 20 million units of the earlier S2 version in one year since its launch. The company is already the largest mobile phone maker in the world, including the smartphones segment.

Handset manufacturer Karbonn mobile has rolled out new handset, Karbonn KT-21 Express, with an application, which claims to offer access to more than 50 free-to-air TV channels on 2G network.
The newly launched handset is available at a price of Rs 4,990.
Karbonn Mobiles' Executive Director Shashin Devsare stated, “The Karbonn KT-21 Express has NexgTV application which allows users to watch more than 50 live TV Channels on the phone using 2G network. At present these are all free to air channels.”

Micro blogging site, Twitter has dismissed suggestions that several thousand accounts on the site have been hacked by hackers.
Some hackers claiming to be associated with hacktivist group Anonymous said that they have gained access to 55,000 Twitter accounts and have published details belonging to the users. Twitter said that the claim is largely bogus and added the group usually posts information or username and password information of the spam accounts that have been suspended.

Flickr has introduced an upgraded uploading system for its users allowing them to drag-and-drop field and edit the files that are in transition.
The Yahoo-owned photo sharing site has upgraded its native uploader with an HTML5 interface and has increased maximum file sizes and a speed boost. The users will now be able to preview thumbnails and the HTML5 interface will also allow zooming and rotation of the pictures being uploaded.
