Mumbai, Feb 9 - His fans look up to him as an idol, but superstar Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana believes her father isn't the perfect youth icon as he smokes a lot.

"Daughter just reprimanded me... how can u be the HT survey youth role model if you smoke. So to all the youths out there... please don't smoke!!" tweeted Shah Rukh.

"Big reprimand for smoking from my strict little atom bomb of a daughter!!!" he added.

The 46-year-old is said to be a chain-smoker but has admitted smoking is the "worst habit". (IANS)

Mumbai, Feb 9 - Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has revealed that he will undergo abdominal surgery Saturday.

"There were some medical procedures today as well for -- and this is being disclosed to the Ef (extended family) at this point of time -- a surgery that I shall be undergoing on the 11th morning. Mumbai, Feb 9 - Model-turned-actress Malaika Arora Khan is often complimented on her perfect figure. She plans to share her fitness mantra with her fans and has decided to come up with a DVD soon.

"Hopefully, that will be soon enough. I am very much into yoga. I hope to come out with something which will also have diet plans in my DVD," Malaika told IANS.

Mumbai, Feb 8 - Film director Sujoy Ghosh feels honoured that Amitabh Bachchan lent his voice to the song "Ekla Cholo Re" for his "Kahaani" but he doesn't want to exploit the megastar's love by asking him to be part of the video.

"Yes, we have thought of a music video but Amitabh Bachchan has already done a huge favour to me by lending his voice. It is generous of him. It would be wrong to exploit Mr. Bachchan's love," Ghosh told IANS.

Mumbai, Feb 7 - Filmmaker Kiran Rao, who became a mother to son Azaad last year in December, says she is not a perfect mother yet but is enjoying motherhood.

"I don't think I am perfect, but I certainly try and it's such a joy. I think every mother does what is best for her child because it's such a joy and a daily learning experience. So, I am enjoying it thoroughly. I don't think I could have asked for more," the 38-year-old said here at the launch of painter Sangeeta Gupta's exhibition.

"Some of the photos were taken on an iPhone while some of them were taken in SLR cameras. Our on-set photographer Amin Ahuja was helping me out on all of this because I am not a professional photographer. So I can't take all the credit. It was because of his help," Imran said.

"Me and Prateik are very very close. We have shot for five months and obviously we had a lot of chemistry. How come we can't get romantic when you have such romantic songs?" Amy said.

Mumbai, Feb 3 - Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, who was the victim of an online death hoax, has tweeted that she is hale and hearty.

"Namaskar. Please don't believe any rumours which are doing the rounds about my health and well-being. All is well, by the grace of god," the 82-year-old Lata wrote on her Twitter page.

Internet was abuzz with rumours Thursday that the singer had passed away. Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar also urged the twitterati to stop spreading false rumours.

New Delhi, Feb 3 - Hollywood superstar Arnold Schwarzenegger failed to turn up at an event to present Abhishek Bachchan an award for helping create a greener environment, but has congratulated him for the honour.

"Congrats on the Green Globe, @juniorbachchan. More celebrities should be pumping up green progress. I'll be back, and we should get together," Schwarzenegger wrote on his Twitter page Friday morning.
