A Texas elementary school teacher who expressed her anger on Facebook about an incident leading to a police officer's resignation was removed from her services.

Karen Fitzgibbons, a fourth grade teacher at Bennett Elementary School in Wolfforth, wrote her remarks on Wednesday about Cpl. Eric Casebolt of McKinney, Texas.

She said, "This officer should not have to resign. I'm going to just go ahead and say it... the blacks are the ones causing the problems and this 'racial tension.' I guess that's what happens when you flunk out of school and have no education".

After posting her message, she deleted her Facebook account, but by that time the damage was done. The Frenship Independent School District announced on Thursday that she has been relieved from her services due to her 'offensive, insensitive and disrespectful' post.

Fitzgibbons has even apologized saying that she said everything in emotions, but she agrees that it was not the right way to express. She affirmed that being a teacher, she teacher her students to remain unbiased with everyone. But now, she regrets that her own words are being questions.

She also said that now, she has example that how emotions can hurt others. The incident was Casebolt and other officials responded to a call about teens and adults fighting at a community pool. It is said that the dispute started when teens who were not invited started to overcrowd the pool.

It is also being alleged that two white women gave racist remarks at black teenagers. In the video, Casebolt can be seen running and cursing mostly black teenagers. He pulled his gun on unarmed teens. He was suspended and eventually resigned.
