Twitter users show Labour support
The micro-blogging website Twitter has a large number of users, who support the policies of Labour Party, according to a new research by YouGov poll. This is, apparently, shocking news for the Conservative party.
These users, aged below 35, comes from lower social class and are aware enough to protect their civil rights according to the poll published in the latest issue of Prospect magazine. A total of 2,024 adults have been questioned, which included 200 Twitter users. The data was then co-related to other user before delivering the final conclusion.
However, the poll does not suggest that Twitter users are natural left supporters. Many of them have justified multimillion pound earning by the executives of some multinational companies.
A large number of respondents said that civil liberties are more important than awarding more powers to the police for tackling anti-national and anti-terrorist activities.
About 56 per cent of total respondents have the opinion that ordinary white men does not get equal behavior while only 45 per cent of Twitter users accepted the alleged bias against white men.
