Winfrey to take her talk show to D.C. for Obama’s inauguration

Oprah WinfreyNew York, Dec 4 : Talk show queen Oprah Winfrey will take her popular daytime show to Washington DC during the week of Barack Obama''s inauguration.

She strongly supported Obama during his run for White House last spring, even joining him on some campaign stops along the way.

Ever since her announcing her support for Obama, Winfrey vowed not to use her daytime show to provide a platform for any political candidates.

But, once the election was over she devoted her show to discussing Obama, and the implications of his historic win.

And now she is bringing her wildly popular show to the nation''s capital during the week of Obama’s Jan. 20 Inauguration.

"I''m going to break that right here; that''s where I''m going to be," the New York Daily News quoted Winfrey as telling Access Hollywood.

"See you there…that''s the place to be," she added. (ANI)
