Orange will provide Sony Ericsson’s first Android device Xperia x10 to the UK customers. Both the companies have confirmed that people can get all new white Xperia exclusively with Orange from the month of April this year.

The white version of the device is been eagerly awaited in the market. The mobile operators have informed that the customers can also get an option of select pay monthly contracts.

Director of devices at Orange UK, Francois Mahieu has expressed his contentment as his company will be partnering with one of the leading tech firm of the world Sony Ericsson. The Xperia X10 will be available direct from Orange or on an Orange contract from Phones4U.

The Xperia X10 is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and is loaded with some excellent features. It has an 8.1 mega-pixel auto-focus camera. Apart from that, there will be a four inch WVGA touch screen and 1 GB of internal memory with an 8 GB Micro-SD card. The exclusive white Xperia X10 allows its UK users to access social networking sites in their mobile itself.
