Social gaming giant, Zynga has released its new "Empires & Allies" strategy combat game for users who aren’t satisfied with the likes of "FarmVille" or "Mafia Wars" on Facebook.

The San Francisco-based company has described the "Empires & Allies" as a "CityVille Meets Risk." The tiel will give a new focus area to the company other tan its popular games on Facebook that are followed by millions of users worldwide.

In the game, an evil power has invaded a thriving, multi-island world and the users will have to build army units, recruit or invade friends and collect clues from allies and enemies. The users will collect rest from huts and cottages to fund their armies and choose a battle around from air, land, or sea.

The game will be launched on Wednesday in 12 languages including Malay, Korean, and Norwegian (for the first time), English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Turkish and traditional Chinese.
