Becks’ childhood home may fetch £215K at auctionLondon, April 9: David Beckham''s first childhood house is expected to fetch 215,000 pounds after being put on auction.

The small three-bedroom house was said to have had a previous offer of a million pounds.

But after the deal for the property went down the drain, the house has been placed under the hammer.

The footballs ace’s former residence, near a dual carriageway and railway in Leytonstone, East London, will now be up for grabs at Savills on May 11.

According to the agency''s Robin Howeson, the guide price reflects its market price.

"It''s a much more realistic price," the Mirror quoted Howeson as saying. (ANI)
