Dr. Narendra Sharma, of Ashwood, Bowdon, has been accused of molesting 3 women who had come to his clinic for abortion.

The police arrested Dr. Sharma after medical team at the Marie Stopes International Clinic in Manchester raised the alarm. 

Married Dr. Sharma, 51, worked at the clinic as an anaesthetist.

The staff members present during the terminations said that the doctor used the hands of the sedated patients to perform obscene acts on himself in OT.

The women were in a semi-conscious state but were unaware of their surroundings.

The women, said to be aged between 18 and 22, came to know the shocking incident that they may have been sexually abused only after they had calls from the hospital staff who had seen it. 

The incidents are alleged to have occurred between April 18 and April 29 last year at the clinic in Fallowfield.

Lawyers for Dr. Sharma, 51, have claimed that he was the innocent victim of a campaign of racism, bullying and lies.
