Raj to appear in Wikroli court

MNS chief Raj Thackeray will appear in Mumbai's Wikroli court on Thursday. The Maharastra Govt. has filed another petition against Raj, seeking cancellation of his bail plea in a different case.

"The State government is seeking the legal opinion on the execution of the non-bailable warrant issued by Jamshedpur magistrate's court against Raj Thackeray and Police will follow all necessary legal procedures in the matter," Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister R R Patil said.

Raj was released in an interim bail by Kalyan court on yesterday. Maharashtra Navnirman Samiti (MNS) supporters across the state celebrated his release.  They burst crackers and exchanged sweets after he reached home. In the mean time the state Govt. has downgraded Raj's security from level 'Z' to 'Y'.

In an another important development 200 MNS members resigned from the party on Wednesday and rejoined their parent party, Shiv Sena. This is said to a major jolt to Raj and MNS. Meanwhile Violence against MNC has spread in major towns of Bihar and angry protesters have destroyed Railway property worth crores.
