The Kardashian clan was celebrating Kourtney''s birthday at Joe Francis’ Puerto Vallarta home when Kim dozed off in the sun on April 16 and got burned.

“Poor little Kimmie laid out too long and got a major sunglasses tan! It was SO funny though!” Us magazine quoted her sister Khloe as blogging.

“We called her Zorro the rest of the trip hahahaha,” she added.

WashingtonWashington, Apr 23 : U. S. literary agents have filed a lawsuit against Prince over allegations that the singer cut them out of a publishing deal they negotiated for him.

According to reports, the singer had agreed to be represented by the unnamed agency to secure distribution for a book documenting his 21-date residency at London''s O2 Arena in 2007.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on April 21, said that Prince chose the company as his "exclusive agent with respect to the negotiations of a publishing deal" for the tome, reports Contactmusic.

The research team included scientists from the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, the Met Office Hadley Centre, ETH Zurich and the University of Exeter.

According to lead author Dr Lina Mercado, from the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, “Surprisingly, the effects of atmospheric pollution seem to have enhanced global plant productivity by as much as a quarter from 1960 to 1999.”
