Titan Industries Limited, the jewellery and watches division of the Tata Group, has signed a long-term agreement with Hamilton Sundstrand, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation.

United Technologies Corp., based in Hartford, Conn., is a diversified company providing high technology products and services to the global aerospace and building industries.

Under the arrangement, the company will manufacture high precision components for auxiliary power units, ram air turbine, flap actuator systems, engine control, environmental control systems and electronic engine controls that are deployed in leading commercial aircrafts like Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and Dassault Falcon.

With 2007 revenues of $5.6 billion, Hamilton Sundstrand employs approximately 19,000 people worldwide and is headquartered in Windsor Locks, Conn.
