Twice Amitabh Bachchan, once Sharukh Khan; who is next? Well, going by the buzz that is currently spreading around the tinsel town, it could very much be Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan. Yes, as the rumors suggest Aamir has been approached to host the fourth edition of the most sought after quiz show on Indian television, Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC).

However, so far, though there is no final decision from Aamir's camp, it is expected that he has not said no to the offer. Supposedly the matter is pending at the price negotiation stage.

Many believe that the price offered to Aamir has surpassed what was given to Sharukh during KBC 3 and once the actor-director sorts out his dates, the producers will go for the contract. Shahrukh was offered a deal of Rs. 75 lakh per episode during his tenure as KBC's host.

Aamir, for whom this will be the first television appearance, has given no statements on the issue. As per Siddharth Basu, owner of Synergy, which has the rights for the show, it is too early to say anything on the deal.
