Chennai-headquartered Accel Frontline has entered into a share purchase agreement for the purchase of the entire subscribed and paid-up share capital of XLNC Infotech Solutions, Bangalore.

Accel Frontline operates as a subsidiary of BT Frontline. The company is engaged in the provision of system integration solutions comprising network design, hardware, software, and Web site development, as well as in the sale and implementation of customized software products in India and internationally.

The company also provides information technology (IT) infrastructure management solutions and after sales services support relating to asset maintenance services for its own and third party products.

The stock of Accel closed today at Rs 81.40, down 3% compared with previous close of Rs 84.30. It touched an intraday high and low of Rs 84 and 81 respectively.
