Asiya Andrabi, head of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, sent a legal notice to Rahul Dholakia demanding that she should first see the script of movie Lamha. Reports claim that Bipasha Basu's role in Lamhaa portrays the life of a woman Kashmiri separatist leader Asiya Andrabi.

The notice says: "As Asiya is a political personality and follower of Islam, she doesn't want to be portrayed by any actress in the movie who is incompatible with her virtues."

G. N. Shaheen said: "Earlier, a meeting was arranged between Dholakia and Asiya and it was agreed by the director that before shooting the film, the script will be shown to her."

Dholakia clarified that Bipasha's role in the upcoming movie is not even remotely connected with the life of Asiya Andrabi.
