Thousand years old Chinese treasure has been planned to be auctioned in Jakarta in Indonesia. The auction organizers believe that the auction could raise around $80 millions of fund. If that happens, it will become one of the biggest bids in any of the auctions in the country.

But the issue is the organizers have included one rule for the auction i. e. the buyer has to deposit $16million to participate in the auction. For this reason, the interest from the buyers for this auction has been not that encouraging.

The treasure was found at the coast of West Java in the year 2004. It was found out from a 10th century Chinese ship and it is one of the largest troves ever found in Asia. All together 271000 items are offered to be sold at Jakarta, Indonesia. The other items include antic delicate gold jewelry, Crystal ware and sword with Arabic instinct.

Indonesia's Director General of Costal areas and Small Islands, Mr. Sudhirman has informed that all the money from the auction will be equally divided between government and the treasure hunters who had found the goods from the sunken ship.
