Bentley Arnage celebration at Paris show
Crew, England - Bentley is presenting the Arnage Final Series to marking the tenth anniversary of the model, the 50th birthday of the company's V8 engine and 90 years of Bentley heritage at the Paris Motor Show.
The Bentley Arnage Final Series is an exclusive run of only 150 cars, the manufacture has announced.
Powered by the Arnage T V8 with an output of 507 hp, the Final Series is listed with a top speed of 288 km/h and acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds.
The Final Series was created to "bid farewell" to the line as Bentley prepares for the next generation of its flagship model, according to CEO Dr Franz-Josef Paefgen.
Among the features of the Arnage Final Series are Electronic Stability Programme (ESP), a tyre pressure monitoring system, 20-inch five-spoke wheels, a retractable "Flying B" bonnet mascot, iPod interface and rear remote control for the infotainment system.
A set of mirror-matched veneers for each car takes 13 days to craft, while 17 hides and almost 400 separate pieces of leather are used for the upholstery, trim and headlining, according to the car maker. (dpa)
