Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management, has informed that the company has acquired Visage Mobile's subscriber management platform for an undisclosed amount.

Moser Baer Solar Plc, a subsidiary of optical storage device manufacturer Moser Baer India Ltd, said that the company’s board has sanctioned its plan to raise up to $150 million.
