European nations approved on Friday that they will establish 6 confined marine areas in the northeast Atlantic in a proposal to step up the defense of the region's surroundings.

The conclusion was taken at a conference in the southwestern Norwegian city of Bergen of the OSPAR Commission, an organization done over with 15 regional countries, beside with the European Union, effort s to save the surroundings of the northeast Atlantic.
