Wipro chief Azim Premji stated that the Euro zone debt crisis will not affect the country.

"It will blow over," Premji said on the margins of a Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry meeting, which took place in Bangalore.

He also said that Greece accounted for just 2.5% of the domestic product of the European Union and approximately 0.3% of the worldwide gross domestic product (GDP).

Mr. Azim also said that there was no impact on Wipro from the financial crisis.

FICCI president Rajan Bharti Mittal stated that the credit disaster had not much affected Indian exporters.

"It is very minimal," he added.

Mr. Mittal said if the crisis spreads, it could have vast impact on exports of the country. (With Inputs from Agencies)
