Nicole Kidman tells how her marriage went to ‘hell and back’

Washington, Oct 31 : Nicole Kidman has spoken publicly about her married life, confessing that during the first three months of her marriage with country singer Keith Urban, the pair went to “hell and back.”

The ‘Margot at The Wedding’ actress revealed that her marriage with Urban hit a rocky patch much before expected, when he entered rehab for drug addiction.

However, she added, they came out of it with flying colours.

“We were thrown into his alcohol problem three months into the marriage, and that was big,” she said in an interview with Parade magazine.

“We became the closest we could become, because we had to bare our souls. We did 10 years of marriage in three months,” she added.

Following the recent break-up of her second marriage – to American mobile phone mogul Damien Gabrielle – Olga has made it a point that she would rather be alone.

“You can’t judge someone by the way they look because it’s actually totally different,” the Mirror quoted the Ukrainian-born actress, as saying.

“I’m not what you think I am. I’m not a person who has had a lot of romance in my life. Maybe I look like that, but I’m not a romantic person. Sorry to disappoint you,” she added.

Concert Cancelled The Neil Young concert that was to be held at The Forum, Los Angeles on Thursday night has been cancelled, as the 62-year old rocker-activist would rather cancel the show than cross the picket line, the striking local faction of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) union of which both Young and his wife are honorary lifetime members, plans to form there during the show against The Forum’s owner, Faithful Central Bible Church, due to disputes over contracts.

NYC Priest Barred And Sued For Holy Seduction

Rev. Elvis Elano, a visiting Catholic priest ordained in the Phillipines, has been accused in a $25-million lawsuit of luring Judith Rodrigues-Lytwyn, a distraught divorcee into having a seven-month affair with him.  In addition, Elano who was visiting Texas and had served in Brooklyn and Queens parishes in New York, has been barred by church officials from serving in the city.
 
Initially, the woman was reluctant to name the priest nor identify the parish in which the priest had served, but later she even provided photographs of the priest that showed him shirtless and kneeling next to her bed, another that showed them both embracing each other on a Long Island beach, a third that shows him clenching a rose in his mouth.

Washington, Oct 31 : The 1973 thriller, ''The Exorcist'', based on William Peter Blatty''s book, has been named as the ''best horror film ever made'' in a new Halloween poll.

William Friedkin''s flick topped the online poll, which asked more than 6,000 HMV customers - all thanks to its unique blend of supernatural horror, religious iconography and a taboo-breaking script.

Stanley Kubrick''s 1980 adaptation of the Stephen King novel, the Shining, secured the second spot while ''Alien'' was voted third.

James Wan''s ''Saw'', from 2004, nabbed the fifth place and the highest-placing film from the 21st century.
