Tripoli - Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, who is wanted by an international court for crimes against humanity, arrived in Libya Thursday in an unscheduled visit for talks with Libyan leader Muammar al-Qadhafi, the Libyan news agency (JANA) reported.
