Sources have revealed that there is a buyer who has shown interest in purchasing the property.

It may be recalled that Jackson and Colony Capital became partners in the ranch last fall, after the latter put a 23.5million-dollar note on the property.

The name of the ranch was changed to Sycamore Valley, Jackson got several million dollars in refinancing, and the Colony added its name to the lease.

The 49-year-old actor, who played the role of a TV host in the Oscar-winning film, has donated his pay cheque to an Indian children''s charity, called Plan India, which works for underprivileged kids.

Kapoor admits that his humble upbringing has inspired him to donate the money to the organisation.

New York, Mar 17 : Ex-Playboy centerfold Anna Nicole Smith's psychiatrist, who is charged with conspiracy for allegedly funneling drugs to the actress, has turned herself in at the Los Angeles Police Department''s Van Nuys station.

Khristine Eroshevich surrendered to police for excessively prescribing drugs to Smith, which led to her 2007 fatal overdose death, according to media reports.

Eroshevich, who was Smith''s next-door neighbor, faces six felony counts. Bail was set at 20,000 dollars, reports The New York Daily News.

As per prosecutors, Eroshevich, Smith''s boyfriend Howard K. Stern, 40, and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, 40, gave Smith thousands of pills in the years before her overdose death.

The pathway plays a significant role in the production of aldosterone, a hormone that promotes heart failure after a myocardial infarction.

Aldosterone production is mediated by a protein called beta-arrestin-1. Aldosterone is secreted by the adrenal cortex and its levels are elevated in chronic heart failure.
