Handicapped woman sues SalmanA handicapped woman, Phoolbanoo Bakshi Ilahi has filed a case against Salman Khan along with the producer of the film; Veer for allegedly using her picture with the actor for the publicity of the movie.

She has filed the lawsuit in the Bombay High Court in which she seeks damages of Rs 25 lakh after the picture appeared in a Mumbai newspaper for publicity of the film.

The High court has issues notices to Salman Khan along with Veer's producer and director Vijay Galani. Ilahi said that she visit the actor's home in April 2009 and during that visit he posed for the photograph.

She was shocked to see her picture being used for the publicity portraying the actor as very helpful. Salman has said that he has given her a sum of Rs 1 lakh while Ilahi's cousel completely denied it.

The petition filed with the courts states that Ilahi had asked Salman to not sell the picture to anyone as she is a religious veiled women. She said that because of the photograph she had to face gossips about her character.

The petition demands the police to register an FIR against the actor, producer along with the tabloid which published the photograph.
