Man livid over knife-using woman tattooist escaping jail sentence

London, Mar 21 : A Brit man, who was left scarred after a woman "tattooed" him with a craft knife, is furious that she has not been sentenced to jail.

Wayne Robinson, 24, revealed that after he woke up from a boozy slumber, he discovered that Dominique Fisher had etched her name on his shoulder and carved tribal markings on his back and arms.

What had infuriated him was that Fisher, 22, of Blackburn, was only convicted of causing unlawful wounding after a two-day trial, in which the jury took just 20 minutes to reach a verdict.

Fisher received a two-year community order at Burnley Crown Court on March 20, but Wayne, of Fleetwood, is not satisfied with the court decision.

"I can't believe she has walked free. I'm stuck with the tattoos for life," the Sun quoted him as saying.

He also claims that he had been so drunk after meeting Fisher on a night out that he did not feel a thing as she carved out the etchings.

But Judge Andrew Woolman told Fisher that the only reason she has escaped jail was because he was not sure of what had happened.

"Had I been sure Wayne Robinson had been completely unaware what was going on I would have sent you to prison," he said. (ANI)
