More than half new power in US, EU is greenOver 50% of all new electric capacity summed up in the United States and Europe during last year was from renewable energy sources such as wind and solar energy. As a result of shifting deployment by developing countries like Brazil, India and China it was a record year to add up new green power.

China producing over 40% of world's solar PV supply and 30 % of worlds wind turbines in 2009 boosting up from 10% to the current comparing to 2007. The launch of REN21 in 2005 was supported by International Energy Agency (IEA) which enacts as advisor for 28 industrialized countries co supporting by the United Nations Environment Programme.

Study titled "Renewables 2010, Global Status Report" encrypts Chinas contribution of 37 GW an additional effort to the extra 80 gigawatts (GW) of new renewable power capacity added worldwide. 53% of solar photovoltaic (PV) and 32% of wind power's growth were reported despite of the impact of the financial crisis and lower oil prices.

Investors took a satisfying breath as the European countries back support with the business of solar & wind energy sources. Though China is peaking at the renewable energy deployment in turn has turned out to be the top most carbon emitter's worldwide causing a key contributor for green house effects & climate changes.
