Kylie Jenner says 'would never say no' to plastic surgery

Kylie JennerLondon, Jan 7 : Kylie Jenner has again addressed the rumors of her getting a lip job done as she has spoken in the support of plastic surgery and said that she would "never say no to it."

The American TV star said that her looks have definitely changed since she had been facing the camera from the time when she was 9-year-old and now she was certainly getting older, the Mirror reported.

The 17-year-old star added that now she knows how to do make-up and contour and even though she was not against surgery but does not desire to have one right now.

2015 to be 'one second longer' due to Earth's slow rotation

Earth rotationLondon, Jan 7 : Scientists have revealed that the year 2015 will have one extra second to compensate for the Earth's slowing rotation.

However, it is feared the 'leap second' added at midday on June 30 by scientists at the International Earth Rotation Service in Paris could spark internet crashes, the Mirror reported.

According to scientists, Earth's rotation is gradually slowing by around two thousandths of a second per day and when the last leap second was added in 2012, Mozilla, Reddit, LinkedIn and scores of other sites crashed.

Telecom Commission sends back 3G spectrum proposals to Trai

New Delhi - Inter-ministerial panel Telecom Commission (TC) has decided to send back Trai?s recommendations on 3G spectrum pricing for a reconsideration.

According to sources, TC today discussed Trai's proposals on 2100 MHz band base price, used for 3G services, in its meeting and decided to send back the recommendations for a review.

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) on December 31 had recommended a base price at Rs 2,720 crore per megahertz.

An internal committee of the Department of Telecom (DoT) is believed to have suggested fixing base price of 3G spectrum at Rs 3,899 crore per megahertz, about 43 per cent higher than the rate recommended by Trai.

Washington, Jan. 07 - A new study has recently provided a deeper insight into the effects of depressive thoughts on the memory.

Researchers at the Center for BrainHealth at The University of Texas at Dallas stated that individuals with depressed mood show as much as a 12 percent reduction in memory compared to individuals without depressed mood when depressive thoughts are present, but perform similarly to individuals without depressed mood when depressive thoughts are not present.

Researchers assessed working memory, the cognitive function that allows the brain to store information for short periods of time so that other cognitive processes can occur simultaneously.
