Shah Rukh popularly known as the ‘King Khan’ seems unlikely to subdue his counterpart Aamir Khan. With both getting their share of appreciation for the work they do, the seemingly rivalry between the two actors is more than evident. Though not seen at loggerheads directly the indirect competition between the two cannot be overlooked.

At a press conference Aamir called himself a Marathi. He said that he was born and brought up in Maharashtra and had great respect for Marathis as a whole. He said that he considered himself lucky coz he was a Marathi. 

On this occasion, Aamir emphasized that people must stay away from politicians who want to divide the country on the basis of Religon. 

Taare Zameen Par (TZP) has added one more honor to its long list of awards.It was a huge commercial success. The movie was applauded by films critics. The film has been selected by The Film Federation of India (FFI) to represent India at the 81st Annual Academy awards in the foreign film category. There were eight other films, Jodhaa Akbar, A Wednesday, Mumbai Meri Jaan, Rock On, Black & White, 2 Marathi films and one in Telugu in the nomination race

New Delhi - A moving film about the struggles of an 8-year-old boy with learning disabilities was selected as India's entry for the best foreign film category for the 2009 Academy Awards, news reports said Sunday.

Taare Zameen Par, meaning Stars on Earth, is Bollywood actor Aamir Khan's debut directorial film. It was released in 2007 and has received critical and box office acclaim.

Khan, who directed and produced the film, said it earned 28 million dollars at the box office worldwide, IANS news agency reported.

Aamir Khan sticking to his unique reputation is again giving something truly 'hatke' to his millions of fans.

His next release is Ghajini which is likely to be released by 26th December. Aamir Khan has asked his film makers to start work on a very user friendly interactive website for the film’s promotion instead of a "teaser promo" followed by big theatrical promo technique.

According to a source, "A leading website company that has been handling the personal website of Aamir shall now be doing the Ghajini film website.”

The enmity between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan is creating problems for Bollywood stars. Salman has asked his friends to stay way from SRK. Many stars are facing difficulty in attending parties where these Khans are present because taking favor of any one would annoy the other Khan.
