Longdon- British soul singer Amy Winehouse appeared in court in London Tuesday on charges that she hit a woman during a hustle over a photograph at a charity ball last year.
Winehouse, 25, denied the charges of assault and replied "I do" when the judge asked her whether she understood her bail terms and the order to appear for trial on July
23.
Washington, Mar 17 : Troubled popstar Amy Winehouse is apparently returning to the Caribbean to headline St. Lucia''s 18th annual jazz festival.
The 25-year-old singer, who was all set to perform at the Coachella festival in America, faced a major setback after being denied the US visa, as she has been charged with assaulting a fan in the country.
Winehouse was offered to perform at the festival, to be held in May, while she was vacationing on St. Lucia recently.
