Flaccid factory!

I didn’t even know there was a film called Unknown, from which the premise and pretty much this entire picture is lifted. That flick, I am told, part Usual Suspects (copied as Chocolate in Hindi), part Reservoir Dogs (made once as Kaante) was so unknown, it barely made it to DVDs in America.
If anything, this film says a lot about the advances made in the motion-picture plagiarism industry of Mumbai in the past few years. It’s no longer a case of innocent artistes with a lifetime of writers’ block, looking to pass off versions of Hollywood films as their own.

If the buzz is to be believed, Fardeen Khan is all pepped up to produce the remake of 'Qurbani'. He is stepping into his father’s shoes to the nine, as he will be playing the role of Feroz Khan too.
As per our khabroo, “Fardeen was discussing about taking this film as a producer and also acting in it. He is very tight lipped about matter as he doesn’t want it to come out in media.”
“As it was reported earlier, Sanjay Dutt will be portraying the role of Amjed Khan in the film. In a friendly chat with his close pals he stated that the film will be produced under Khan’s banner,” chirps the source.

When it comes to emotions, especially romantic kinds, light but relevant, no one deals with it better than Pritish Nandy Communications' movies. Whether commitment phobia in Pyar Ke Side Effects or the outcome of two young strangers thrown together courtesy arranged marriage in Just Married, PNC's films have pleased the critics with the content without being too heavy. Directed by Meghna Gulzar and starring Esha Deol and Fardeen Khan, Just Married struck the right chords with Indian critics and has managed to do that with international critics as well.

Reports said that Fardeen Khan was totally devastated by the death of his father Feroze Khan, a while back and had taken it really very badly.
In fact Ajay Devgan, the producer of his forthcoming film, gave him a few days off.
Now he’s recovered somewhat and is starting work again.
Currently he’s doing a film which has middle eastern influences. Something which his father did in a small way in ‘Qurbani’, ‘Janasheen’ and also some other roles he played.

A few days after Feroz Khan’s death the Khan family seems to be outwardly calm. Very few Bollywoodians (only Sanjay Gupta, Celina Jaitly, Kishen Kumar and Sajid Khan) could make it to Bangalore for the funeral, although it’s just a 50-minute flight.
Now the Khans have arranged a massive prayer meeting at the Marriott in Mumbai on 3 May .
