New Delhi, Sep 21 - Dancing diva Madhuri Dixit has confirmed that she will be back in Mumbai with her family for good in mid-October.

The actress, who shifted base to Denver in the US after marrying Shriram Nene, a cardiovascular surgeon 12 years ago, is relocating to India, and looking forward to it.

"Excited! Should be back in Mumbai by middle of October!" Madhuri posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Mumbai, June 11 : M. F. Husain was always full of excitement and ever on the move, reminisces Madhuri Dixit, the celebrated painter's first Bollywood muse with whom he had planned an ambitious project on Indian cinema. The diva, who had spoken to Husain over a month ago, says he would become sad about not being able to return to India.

But the influence of Hindi film industry fashion is waning, say designers.

Some put the blame for it on the extensive exposure to international fashion, thanks to TV, fashion magazines and the internet, and others on the fading aura of Bollywood stars.

New Delhi, Feb 28 : You can't be in showbiz and not be visible - but that doesn't apply to Madhuri Dixit. If she ruled the box office in her prime, the soaring TRPs of "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" now prove she is equally saleable when she is a mother of two and spends much of her time being a homemaker in the US.

"We had been trying to get Madhuri as a judge for the past two seasons. She has been known as a dancing diva and who better could we have got for a show which is all about perfect dancing," Ajay Bhalwankar, programming head, Sony, told IANS.

New Delhi, Feb 13 - She has mesmerised millions of Indians with her screen performances, but Madhuri Dixit's US-brought up kids realised their mother was a big Bollywood star only when they visited the sets of a dance reality show recently.

"They didn't know, but they are kind of realising now when they visited the sets of 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' and saw everybody praising me and talking about me. They ask like, 'Oh, so you are a big star in India'," Madhuri told IANS in an interview.

New Delhi, Feb 8 - If Madhuri Dixit were to throw a party at home, which three Bollywood stars would she choose to invite?

"Well, I guess I'll choose all the Bollywood heroes," said a laughing Madhuri, answering a question from celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor at the launch of his Food Food channel in Hotel Imperial Monday night.

"First, I'll of course choose Shah Rukh Khan," said Madhuri, "because he always praises whatever I do."

Only few more hours to go before the fight for the beautiful black lady will be on in full throttle but something more is going to attract the audience this time at the 56th Filmfare Awards night. After almost a decade Shah Rukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit will be teaming up for the audience. This time, however, it won't be for the big screen but for the live audience present at the Filmfare Awards.

'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4' this week had the Madhuri Dixit theme focused for the participants to perform on, which they managed to do with the greatest enthusiasm.

Madhuri was asked if she would cook for any of the three Bollywood Khans, and if yes, what! She candidly replied that she would like to cook something for Shah Rukh Khan as not only is he sweet as a candy, but also knows how to call a badly cooked dish to be great!

Mumbai, Jan 19 - Contrary to rumours, Madhuri Dixit has no hang-ups about playing mother on screen. The Bollywood beauty, who is reported to have refused to play Sonam Kapoor's mom in a movie, says she is ready to essay any role as long as the script fascinates her.

"I don't feel weird about playing a mother on screen. I am a mother after all!" Madhuri told IANS, breaking into her trademark laugh and flashing that famous smile.

'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 4' is having a Madhuri tribute this week and the participants are all geared up to give their best shot by performing on hit numbers from Madhuri's films.

New Delhi, Dec 25 - It's not just Shah Rukh Khan who wants to team up once again with dancing diva Madhuri Dixit. Evergreen actor Anil Kapoor, who has given hits like "Tezaab" and "Ram Lakhan" with the actress, is also looking forward to repeating the feat.

"I am hopeful we can work again together. If there is a script, then definitely, yes," Anil, 51, told IANS.

The duo has also starred in movies like "Parinda", "Kishen Kanhaiya", "Beta", "Rajkumar" and "Pukar". (IANS)

Still flaunting flawless skin and an evergreen smile, she says she has no regrets over any film.

The 43-year-old is back in business with what she is best at - dance. She will be judging Sony TV's reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa", and says the failure of "Aaja Nachle" in 2007 didn't deject her one bit.
