Zeta Jones never succumbed to Douglas’ saucy nurse request on sick bed!

Michael DouglasLondon, Apr 30 : Veteran actor Michael Douglas admits that he tried to persuade wife Catherine Zeta Jones to dress as a nurse following his knee surgery.

The Basic Instinct star had titanium rods put in the left joint last month after a skiing injury.

The 64-year-old legend revealed that although Catherine helped to nurse him back to health, but he failed to convince her to don the nurse’s dress.

“I could not get her into the nurse’s uniform. I did try,” the Sun quoted him as telling US chat host Jay Leno.

The 1987 movie was directed by Oliver Stone and featured Charlie Sheen as a young stockbroker desperate to succeed and a wealthy but unscrupulous corporate raider (Douglas) whom he idolizes.

Michael DouglasWashington, Feb 19 : American actor Michael Douglas has decided to dole out advice to Hollywood''s couples, urging them to be nicer to one another in order to save their marriages.

Douglas, 64, has himself been married twice, and he admits that the one way two stars can keep their relationship going is to show a little kindness to one another.

The actor has been married to Catherine Zeta-Jones since 2000, and he believes kindness is what keeps a marriage strong.

Ski break with Son reminds Michael Douglas of his Youth

Giving water-ski lessons to his seven-year-old son Dylan has actor Michael Douglas reminiscing about his own youth. The Oscar winning actor spent the summer teaching his son water-ski on a lake he owns in Canada.

The Falling Down actor recollected days of teaching water-skiing in Connecticut.

"When I was a young kid in high school I used to teach water-skiing in Connecticut... I was 16," Contactmusic quoted Douglas, as saying.

Douglas, who is also a certified scuba diver, faced a serious skiing accident in 1980.

Douglas’ son’s pee soothed his jellyfish sting!

Washington, September 17: Actor Michael Douglas has revealed that he asked his seven-year-old son to pee on him, after being stung by a jellyfish this year.

He said that he was stung on the back while scuba diving off the coast of Spain, and was left writhing in pain.

"My son was there... I said, 'Dylan, please pee-pee on daddy's back.' He kinda thought it was a trick question,” Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
