Abu Dhabi, 2 Dec. 2008 - President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan today received congratulatory cables from several heads of state on the occasion of the UAE national day anniversary.

The cables were sent by HRM King Abdullah II of Jordan, President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal, President Nursultan A. Nazarbayev, President Asif Ali Zardari, Ram Baran Yadav of Nepal and President Asif Ali Zardari of Pakistan.

Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received a similar cable from President Ram Baran Yadav. (WAM/MAB)
