Pune Police is reaching out to students to increase awareness on terrorIn an attempt to increase awareness on terror following recent blast, Pune Police is reaching out to over four lakh students in the city.

"We want them to be alert all the time and inform us if they find anyone suspicious," said Satyapal Singh, Pune Police Commissioner.

Just in last three days, top cops have met with over 45,000 students from 70 colleges across the city.

The police will turn its attention to the IT sector after colleges.

Seen as the first major attack on India since the November 26,2008 Mumbai terrors attack, the blast killed twelve and wounded 57 people. (With Input from Agencies)
