But a study conducted by British scientists disclosed that job promotion can be risky for one’s health, and leave them substantially less time to visit their physician.

Economics and psychology scientists at the University of Warwick in central England discovered that promotion on average produces 10% more strain, and leaves up to 20% less time to visit the doctor in the event of sickness.

London, Apr. 11: At least two of the men suspected of being members of an alleged al-Qaeda cell were allowed to stay in Britain despite breaching conditions of their student visas, The Daily Telegraph has learnt.

One man was stopped by immigration officials at Manchester Airport last week as he arrived from Pakistan, but was allowed to enter the country despite his visa documents being "all over the place", according to one source.

Another suspect was threatened with deportation after immigration officials discovered he was working as a security guard instead of studying, but he was nonetheless allowed to stay.

Researchers in Edinburgh have embarked upon a mass experiment which will be see both good and bad dancers. They have been invited to show off their skills before having their ears also subjected to scrutiny.

The study’s motive is to test the theory that the more symmetrical you are, the more likely you are to be a hit on the dance floor.

Sokolov, 56, and his wife were rushed to hospital after they got trapped in a position from the Kama Sutra sex manual.

Horrified Sokolov found himself stuck fast when his 51-year-old wife had a muscle spasm as they romped in a position known as the "deck chair" – or Indrani as it’s traditionally called.

The position involves the woman drawing up her knees so her feet are jammed under her partner’s armpits.

After failing for an hour to free themselves the embarrassed couple dialled paramedics in Kalhuga, central Russia, for help.
