Sanjay Dutt gets a super luxury bus for multiple uses

Sanjay DuttPune, Jan 21 : Bollywood Actor Sanjay Dutt is now the owner of a super luxury bus priced at 30 million rupees which can be used for multiple purposes like shoots and also his newly announced political career.

Dutt, who is all set to make his debut in politics by contesting in the forthcoming general elections from Lucknow on the Samajwadi Party''s ticket, will have to do a lot of travelling and the multiple utility luxury bus will be helpful.

The bus built by India''s ace automobile designer Dilip Chhabria on the original Volvo chassis is laced with gadgets providing all comforts.

The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has issued an interim circular to give a “rent rebate” to 22,700 customers whose telephones had gone dead for three or more days in a row. The telephones went dead due to technical faults, and occurred intermittently over a 14-month period.

HCC inks two MoU worth Rs 41,500 crore

Hindustan Construction CompanyHindustan Construction Company (HCC), one of the leading construction and civil engineering firm, has signed two MoUs with Gujarat Government for a total investment of Rs 41,500 cr.

The company stated in an official release that it has signed the first MoU with the Gujarat Government Infrastructure Board, to develop a water front city with a total investment of Rs 40,000 crore.

Sources revealed that the proposed new city will be on the lines of Lavasa, India's first hill city being built by the company near Pune, Maharastra.

7th PIFF Took Off To A Colourful Start!

Pune International Film Festival (PIFF) The 7th Pune International Film Festival (PIFF) took off to a colourful start at the Ganesh Kala Krida Rangmanch on January 8. The week long gala event inaugurated by, Anand Sharma, Minister of state for external affairs, will showcase around 150 films from about 42 countries. In World Competition Section, 109 films from 30 countries would be screened. French-Iranian-English animation film 'Persepolis' was screened at the inaugural ceremony.

Pune doc taken under custody for links with Indian Mujaheedin Following a three month run, the Mumbai Police was finally able to arrest an MBBS doctor from Pune, a member of the Indian Mujaheedin (IM) module responsible for at least 11 blasts across the country since 2005. The accused is named Dr. Anwar Ali Bagwan and is 26 years old. IM was responsible for the July 11 2006 serial train blasts in Mumbai and serial blasts in Ahmedabad on July 26, 2008.
