Roo warns rivals that there''s `more to come from me''!London, Apr. 22 : Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has warned key soccer rivals Chelsea and other teams that they can expect him to play football at his best when he confronts them on the field.

Manchester United are reeling after they were dumped out of the FA Cup by Everton on Sunday, but they still retain the possibility of winning two more trophies this season with the Premier League and Champions League up for grabs.

Liverpool will go above the Carling Cup and Club World Cup champions if they beat Arsenal tonight. Chelsea are also closing in on United with just a handful of matches left.

Despite heavy pressure from their rivals, Rooney claims he is feeling as good as ever.

"There is still a lot more to come from me. I would love to score more goals consistently each year. I am still working on that and hopefully I can improve. I am only 23 but I suppose I started off at an early age so I have achieved quite a lot. I understand people expect things of me now," The Sun quoted him, as saying.

"I just have to keep playing as well as I can. That is what I must try and do. If I can help Manchester United or England win trophies it would be great for me," he added.

Rooney, who has scored 17 goals this term, has been forced to adapt to different positions for club and country this season. But the striker says he is happy to play anywhere. (ANI)
