Shah Rukh Khan not to attend KKR match in Chennai

Shah-Rukh-Khan-Knight-RidersShah Rukh Khan has announced that he will not be attending Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) match, going to be held in Chennai. The match is between Saurabh Ganguly's KKR and Mahendra Singh Dhoni's Chennai Super Kings.

The venue of the match will be on Tuesday at the Chidamdaram Stadium.

This match is very important for KKR because it is a do-or-die situation for the team.

Writing on his twitter account on Monday, the Bollywood superstar said that he does not want to interfere with the team in any form. They should be able to understand their own faults and that is why he is not going to participate in the match.

Shah Rukh is worried about the inconsistent performance of his team. While, it has been able to perform better than it did during the last two IPLs, the overall performance of the team has not been very good.

Currently, it has a run rate of -0.417 and is ranked sixth with 10 points after playing 11 matches.

Writing about the problems with the team, Shah Rukh said that the trouble is inconsistent winning of the team. The momentum is lacking and so is the desire to outperform.
