Leading oil and gas explorer of the country Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has announced its annual financial results for the fiscal year 2009-10.

According to the report, it has registered a marginal hike in its net profit in the quarter under review against its like per rise. Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 199.11 crore for the year that ended in 31th March, 2010. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 192.71 crore in last financial year. There has been a hike of 3.32% in the net profit this year against the previous year. The company has informed this fact to the Bombay Stock Exchange in a filing.

The consolidated net income of the company has gone to Rs 1,252 crore during the fiscal year 2009-10. It was Rs 871.27 crore in the preceding year.

The standalone net profit has decreased to Rs 92 crore in the reviewed fiscal. The standalone net income of the firm has been recorded Rs 1,071.80 crore in this time period.
