Time will reveal whether Jack Dorsey can replicate Success in Twitter that Steve Jobs had with Apple

The way Steve Jobs had turned out his career is exceptionally good. He has saved Apple at the time when it was in its darkest phase. No doubt, he inspires many business companies’ heads to return triumphantly to save their brands.

Seeing the situations taking place at Twitter, it can be said that Steve Jobs’ legacy can be applicable on Twitter. Dick Costolo, the chief executive of Twitter, announced his surprise exit. He has announced that he will resign by the year’s end, but he changed his plans and announced on Thursday that he will step down as of July 1.

Jack Dorsey, 38, co-founder of Twitter, will replace Costolo. He was not named as Twitter’s permanent CEO, but as an interim CEO. But experts said that Job also rejoined Apple as interim chief and three years after in 2000, he got the full charge of the company.

When his name was announced to run the company as an interim- head questions were raised as he is already running a company, Square. Running one company can prove hard and two can be quite daunting.

To this, Dorsey said that he has good leadership teams in both the companies. “I've been spending significant amounts of time at both companies, and I will continue to split my time between the two companies”, said Dorsey.

It is with time that it will be found that whether or not Dorsey will be able to replicate the success that Jobs had registered.
